In the afternoon of April 14, more than 30 EMBA students from SEM of Tsinghua University joined hands to come Towe and jointly enjoy the future! The event was initiated and organized by the Jiangxi Alumni Association and the Beijing Friendship Association. It was the first to enter the classmates' business and share interactive communication activities in 2018. It is co-sponsored by classmate Zhou Huisheng of 2016 and representative enterprise Beijing Towe. The purpose is to promote the in-depth understanding, solidarity and mutual assistance between classmates of Jiangxi cadastral, and to appreciate the style of alumni enterprises. At the same time, everyone learns and improves through sharing the topic “New Age Industry Development Trends”.

The event was honored to invite two Jiangxi cadastral teachers, Dean Wang Youqiang from the Su Shimin College of Tsinghua University and Professor Zheng Xiaoming from SEM to come to interact and guide with the entrepreneurs! People who participating in the event come from Jiangxi Alumni Association and some are 2012 Class Beijing Alumni Association member representatives. It’s a great honor that Jiangxi Alumni Association President Xu Feng takes a special trip from Nanchang to Beijing to participate in the event.

First of all, Zhou Huisheng, the chairman of Beijing Towe, expressed his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the guests who came to the company during their busy schedule! On behalf of Towe, he introduced the development history, current situation, corporate culture and future development plan of Beijing Towe Company. He also shared entrepreneurial sentiment of nearly past 20 years and unique insights into the current industry!

At the meeting, Xu Feng, president of the Jiangxi Alumni Association, proposed to strengthen the visits and interactions of classmates in Beijing and Jiangxi, and to hold more friendship activities.

Secretary-General Ma Yanjin of the 12th Alumni Association also advocated that the good interaction between the two brother alumni associations should continue. Everyone attending the conference expressed their own unique insights into the future development of the industry, which benefited everyone!

During the period, Professor Zheng Xiaoming shared the transformation and upgrading of Hai Di Lao, and proposed all companies should grasp the boundary of “changing and unchanging” in the future, dare to change and be brave, and encourage everyone to continue to carry forward entrepreneurs spirit and lead the company to a higher level.

Dean Wang Youqiang highly summarized the five changes that entrepreneurs must grasp in the process of upgrading and developing enterprises in the new era: grasping the changes in social development, grasping the changes in market trends, grasping the dynamic changes of corporate advantages, and grasping the changes in their own resources and humanity, grasp the changes in science and technology, and put forward very good guiding ideas for the students' visits: entrepreneurship, Tsinghua karma, and Chinese dreams!

Finally, the president of the Jiangxi Alumni Association Beijing Friendship Association, Mr. Zou Yingming, summed up his speech and shared his many years of corporate experience and thinking about future development. He hoped that more exchanges, solidarity and mutual assistance among Beijing alumni would help to realize resource sharing and create a better future together.

After the exchange activities, Chairman Zhou Huisheng arranged a dinner at Xishanju to express his gratitude to all the participants and the students who came all the way to attend the dinner.
